Makeup Essentials

If I’m gonna be gone for a couple of days, I usually don’t need more than enough makeup for a good daytime look. My skin is relatively decent and I don’t wear foundation so this works for me. But I’ll always include a sultry eye-shadow or liner just in case I’m going out at night. Can’t really go wrong.

Ubame Mascara- MILK MAKEUP :

This mascara has a cool wand, perfect for voluminous lashes. It’ definitely a good one for a bit of a dramatic eye. But even with a more dramatic effect mascara, you can still tone down the drama by only applying the mascara to the ends of your lashes.

Nars Creamy Concealer- Caramel:

Nars do a really great creamy concealer, it’s a cult favorite and it gets the job done. The packaging is slender and easy to pack and it’s a concealer I often go back to.

bbrowbar Brow Definer

If you do your brows but don’t like spending a lifetime on them like myself, a brow pencil is the way to go for a more natural look. This particular brand is nice and sturdy, nothing that’ll break off as you draw your eyebrow on.

Flower Color Play Creme Eyeshadow

I always select a more sultry eyeshadow, and I particularly love this brand of cream shadow. A little bit goes a long way and the colors really pop.

Shimmering Skin Perfector

Becca is one of my favorite brands for highlighters. I really love how effortless applying either the cream or solid highlighters are and how blendable they are. It’s just the perfect amount of luminosity without the texture which is important. Just a slick here and there and you’re good to go.

PBJ Smoothie Stick

I love to double up my lip and cheek with just one product. PBJ make a nice lip crayon that’s really on the natural side with a really comfortable feel on the lips. The color is natural and sheer enough for the cheeks too. Score!
