#4 Ways To Raise Your Vibration

Raising your vibration is crucial for creating the kind of environment and reality you want to exist in. While everyone talks about the power of manifestation, you hardly ever hear about how much your vibration and energy play an integral role in this process.

If like me, you’ve found yourself on this path of manifesting the life you want, then there’s probably a secret you’ve come to understand by now. Our realities are primarily a reflection of ourselves and our energy. If you understand that concept then you’ll understand that your energy and your vibration is a sort of language that you communicate to the universe. Today we’ll show you ways to raise your vibration wherever you are.


#1 Raise Your Vibration With Reflection

Like I said in a previous post, the practice of scripting is one of the most common ways to raise your vibration. It’s a practice that I’ve implemented into my morning routine where I make it a habit to focus on high vibration words. It not only helps me get back to a place of reflection and gratitude, but it also helps me zero in on my desires into the universe.

#2 Raise Your Vibration With Food

Inner wellness and health is key in raising your vibration. Foods don’t just serve as sustenance, but they also as a way to nourish and give your body energy. When we eat poorly we can see the affects of such foods in both how we feel physically and how we feel energetically. Lethargy and maybe even a lack of motivation are often symptoms of a poor diet. This can then result in a much lower vibration within ourselves. Eat high vibration food! These are fruits and vegetables that are anti-inflammatory, rich in nutrition, antioxidants and that have major healing properties. #3 Raise Your Vibration With Music

Music is universally one of the best ways to boost your energy and raise your vibration. Music is often quite stirring, evoking and can really snap you out of low energy and low vibration days. Put on your best playlist of some high vibration music and watch as your whole vibe changes.

#4 Raise Your Vibration With Meditation

Like anything else, ultimately raising your vibration is going to come down to regular practice. Guided mediations are a wonderful way to do this. Personally, I love watching and listening to guided mediations on YouTube and I’ll leave a link down below to some of my favorites.

    Love this post. At the beginner of this year, I started looking into manifesting and vibration. This is a great explanation of vibrations. This has helped me understand vibrations more. Thank you for sharing.
