7 Days of Chill Challenge – Day 5

It’s the end of the week, so today’s Day 5 of the 7 Days of Chill Challenge is a fun one! I don’t know if any of you have been feeling this way, but Friday nights still make me want to dance the night away! There’s no better feeling out there then finding some good music and dancing like no one is watching. And for the record, no one is watching, you’re stuck at home! So make the most of tonight and make sure you have your best dance playlist ready to go!

Dance Your Worries Away

There’s something so freeing and so exhilarating about losing yourself in music. It’s an instant mood booster and guaranteed to get you out of your head. That’s why Friday is the perfect day for this challenge. How does the saying go? Dance now, think later. If I didn’t know any better, I’d say dancing could probably fix a lot of our superficial problems. Some of my own best moments in my life have been ones where I’d dance the night away letting the world fade away around me. It’s the end of the week so let’s go dancing!

As we find ourselves in the throes of this pandemic and the daily barrage of COVID news, it’s never been a better time to let the world disappear for one night. Luckily dancing has nothing to do with thinking and everything to do with feeling. There’s really no other feeling like it.

I love doing this!! When my boyfriend gets back from work always fins me dancing and jumping around, such a good way to relieve stress!

This is great. I alway seem to have to put ‘relax’ on my to-do-list. This is a great way to do that.
