Jet Set Breakfast

I’m the type of person who takes a shower at night just so I can sleep in just a little bit longer in the morning. I normally only have time to sit around long enough for a cup of coffee. My one morning routine I can’t pass up.

I’m also the type to usually need to rush out of the house so having a breakfast that’s quick and easy is ideal for someone like me. So these are my go to for a quick breakfast on the way.

 

Berry Blast Breakfast Smoothie (High in Antioxidants)

1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 small head red cabbage, quartered and frozen (about 4” in diameter)
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana, frozen
2/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt 1 tbsp of chia seeds

 

Green Machine

6 oz of pineapple juice
2 bunches of spinach
1 mini banana
frozen peaches
2 dallops of lowfat vanilla

 

Overnight Chia Seed Pudding

*This also can be substituted for oats and is equally delicious.
2 cups vanilla almond milk
¼ cup creamy peanut butter
¼ cup chia seeds
1 1/2 tablespoon of honey
