Low Carb Lifestyle
Personally, the Ketogenic diet has been the only diet that’s ever really worked for me. Not so much in the way that diets typically do in which case you crash immediately after. I find that when I do go off the rails a bit, my body is totally forgiving.
Keto has taught me a lot about what my body can and can’t handle. In reality some weeks I might need to really be strict with myself and commit to the low carb, high fat rule. Some weeks I may loosen up the reigns a bit and just enjoy creating a meal plan centered on protein and veggies and really just a low carb lifestyle which is what I prefer anyway. So finding alternatives to some of the popular dishes circulating social media is a new hobby of mine.
Whether you are on a Keto diet or just living a low carb lifestyle, it’s always great to find low carb indulgent recipes. Not only is this a low carb smoothie bowl, but it’s actually full of the good fats you are suppose to have! From coconut oil to heart hemps and chia seeds–you can put your mind at ease and just enjoy your breakfast!
