8 Products To Sweat-Proof Your Summer Makeup Makeup

Less than a few weeks into the season and I’m already reaching for my favorite sweat-proof summer makeup products! This summer won’t be like most that’s for sure, but you can still expect for those hotter than July summer days up ahead. Make sure you’ve got these holy grail sweatproof makeup products in your arsenal so you can enjoy those late summer nights without having to touch up!

Now when the Summer rolls around, I’m definitely reaching for less makeup this is no lie. However, my makeup for summer arsenal is much more consolidated and includes only the sweat-proof and waterproof products I know will be long lasting.

The very first thing to remember this summer is that it’s extremely important to hydrate your skin. Well, it’s extremely important to hydrate in general so don’t forget your H20! With the summer heat often comes those pesky skin care issues like dry skin or clogged pores. My favorite thing to do in the summer is to switch up my skin care to include more light weight products. For instance, I love the feeling of both my Ordinary Buffet paired with my Neutrogena Hydroboost Moisturizer. It is just about the most refreshing thing I could do for my skin.

The next thing I would follow that moisturizer up with is of course an SPF! Whatever you do this summer, don’t skip the SPF! Protecting your skin from the harmful effects of UV rays will help you dodge major damage! And in case you didn’t know you can still get a tan even when you’re protected! Unfortunately most skin care products with SPF don’t fully block out 100% of UV rays, but I will always opt for a higher SPF. Now that we got that out of the way, let’s move on to makeup. While I do like to keep it as minimal as possible, I still wear makeup in the summer.
