Curly and natural hair girls specifically know the struggle of using a blow dryer. I have never been a fan of blow dryers because if I’m wearing my hair curly then I don’t really find it to be a necessity I just let my hair air dry. I do my best to avoid heat as long as I can. The paddle brush blow dryer is pretty affordable at about $39.99. For a hair tool that I would use on occasion that was a great price point for me. My first impression of the blow dryer brush was that it was lightweight and definitely comfortable to hold. It has a swivel cord which is fantastic and it is great at every angle especially the back of my head where I find it most difficult.
There are three settings: Cool, Low, and High which is perfect. I started with the cool when my hair was most wet, moved on to Low for the most part and ended with High. After only 30 minutes of using the brush on my hair I was done! And I have a lot of hair! That was fast for me and it actually applied plenty of heat that I could’ve styled it and gone out the door! However, I ended up flat ironing my hair afterwards and it was definitely the most silky I’ve gotten it ever! The only downside to this tool is the noise. It is quite loud which is a bummer, but not a deal breaker since it does what I need!

Firstly it’s extremely important to remember that on the occasion that you do intend to use heat on your hair, you need to protect it! I have a boatload of heat protectants hair products that I’ve used over the years and they are crucial. We don’t want to lose our beautiful natural curls, but we do need to protect them.
