Happy Monday! I hope you’re ready for today’s post on some of my favorite HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training workouts! Working out at home has been just as much of an adjustment as working from home has been. However, because I’ve been making it a part of my daily to-do’s, it’s really been fantastic for boosting my energy and mood up! High Intensity Interval Training has been a great way to maximize your exercises in just a little bit of time.
Exercises To Boost Your Sera-toning
HIIT has been great for an instant energy booster. And it is especially amazing for toning up, especially my legs! I’m actually pretty amazed at how impactful these workouts have been. I really do think that aside from the positive impact it has on my energy levels, it’s also really good for shocking the body. Often times I find that when I stick to the same exercises my body just gets so use to it. Where as with HIIT, I’m constantly changing things up every single time I work out. It’s wonderful for building lean muscle tissue as well. Here are a few other exercises I’ve been doing outside of these channels I’m subscribed to.
