I always try to incorporate fruits and veggies that are nutrient and antioxidant-rich in a morning smoothie blend because I like knowing that I’ve started the day off right. It isn’t always the easiest to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to go on a Monday morning, so I know it’s going to take a reset to get the week off to a good start. I was definitely a lover of skin care from a young age, however I didn’t think too deeply about the complexity of skin care back then because for one it wasn’t really that complex, and two—it didn’t have to be. In true fashion I am late to the game with my goals for the new year. However, it’s still January and there’s still plenty of time to get motivated. There are actually a number of things that come to mind when I think of what I would like to accomplish by the end of the year. That can be overwhelming, so I decided that the best route for me to take would be to set at least 3 goals that I could stay committed to this year!
